I am from India. My tracking number is RN627611798CN .The status of my tracking number shows...

Why it shows mail category Unknown and Next Office Unknown?

Kindly explain me in this regard..

The parcel was just shipped from china. it needs about 2 to 6 weeks to reach India. You will see new status and location after it arrives India.
