Hello, my packages both got posted over 20 days ago.

My first seller is giving me mixed signals and saying aload of rubbish basically.

My second seller is ignoring me completely.

Here are the tracking numbers:

RJ436939952CN

RH127548425CN

First one was dispatched on the 27/3/15

The second one was dispatched on 1/4/15

Please someone give me an update on the whereabouts of them.

location and status freezing for a couple of weeks is very common. it does not necessarily mean your parcel is lost. you can not know the exact location of the parcel at this moment. for detail explanation, please read this http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

the parcels have not been delivered. ETA UK should be around end of April.
