My package was shipped on November 29th and I was wondering where it was in the process and why there hasn't been any update since then? The only information I can find is "pre-shipment" I hope to receive this package soon especially before the end of next week but USPS says they haven't received anything yet since it is still in China and hasn't gone through customs. Thanks for your help!

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in FUZHOU ,China or customs warehouse in JFK AIRPORT,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
