it seems that your receiver does not want to accept the parcel. it has nothing to do with postcode.

China Post office in 莆田荔城营业部 tried to make delivery many times, but receiver seems avoid to accept the parcel even China Post called him many times. Please ask receiver call China Post delivery man 林美味 phone 18039052662 and pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to UK.

The phone number on the tracking 18039052662 does not work.
Recipient says she has received no calls or delivery attempts

your receiver seems to give you another excuse to avoid pickup the parcel. Anyway, you can ask him call 11185 if he can not call the phone number 18039052662.
