- Could you tell me if these two numbers from the same seller are being shipped? RV380855327CN >> RV380287515CN
- I watched, but nothing moved "Logistics order created"
- I think he created them, but not yet sent them. Aliexpress seller.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows both parcels have No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you.

Now ChinaPost has serious shortage of shipping space. Your parcel number starting with R is a very slow low priority service called register airmail. It can not compete space with high priority parcels like EMS/ePacket. So even if your seller has given the parcels to ChinaPost , your waiting time will take very long (maybe 2 months).

If I were you , I will cancel the order and ask for refund from seller.
