Greetings.
My package (tracking no. RV346859037CN ) should have left China over a month ago, on February 26. I understand that was around the time China (or at elast several regions) were locked down due to the virus. The last information the destination country (Hungary) post office has, is 'Prepared for international transit'.
I would much appreciate any update about the parcel. Is it already on the waiting list for airline space?
If delivery can be cancelled, I'd like to arrange that with the sender.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel was sent to Hungary from Guangzhou airport on Feb 27. It is still in Guangzhou airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Europe. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
