Hello,

My parcel hasn't changed status for two weeks.
It shows that it has arrived to China and cleared import customs, but hasn't update since.

2017-09-04 14:47:00.0 特拉维夫 export customs cleared
2017-09-11 10:09:33.0 中国post express logistic 股份有限公司Beijing city international parcel center import customs scan
2017-09-11 15:33:44.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

How can I know what happened to it?

your parcel has delivery problem. Not sure exact reason, but you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.

I asked the receiver to call 11185 and he did.
Now the status is updated:

2017-09-04 14:47:00.0 特拉维夫 export customs cleared

Why is it showing now the same status doubled? What does it mean?

it should be delayed in customs in Beijing.
