Hi there,

I have 2 tracking numbers:
RN689822032CN and RN689822015CN

Could someone please assist me with where my order is. I purchased 2 of these boots. Tried to track my order and it says no record. Last week it said on route and now it says no record for this shipment. Have I been scammed? I understand it takes a while but just want to know if I have been scammed.
I’d appreciate any clarity or feedback so that I know what to do.

South Africa Post website shows both parcels have arrived JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) and WITSPOS (HUB), please contact your local post office to pickup these parcels.
