I am having trouble tracking this parcel in Australia and I am being told it is stalled in customs. Can you please update me on its status and ETA. Thank you 😀

you can not track china post tracking number in Australia website. You can only track in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

it should be in some city between china and india, possibly Hong Kong or Singapore.
