A parcel that I've sent to China on 24 August, is held at the local China Post since 11 September and the receiver is not keen to receive it. How can I have my parcel send back to me?

If none pickup the parcel from China Post office, it will be automatically returned to shipper after free storage time expires(4 to 8 weeks depending on specific office).

Thanks for your swift response! Is there anyway i can request the item to be returned as soon as it can? and how would i know if the item is returning? e.g do China Post scan the item so i can see the updates?

unfortunately you can not speed up the return. You can do nothing except waiting.

Hi, okay thanks for clarifying that, but do i get the scan and update status when the item is returning?
