Post Request for re-deliver the package

LP677321524CN

On November 5, my package was returned to the sender because its storage period had expired.
I checked with the Japanese mailing company and it was a miscommunication on their part.
I have been contacting the sender ever since I found out, but have not yet received a reply back until today.
Is it possible to ask for redelivery of the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LP677321524CN shows the parcel failed delivery and cancelled import. Japan Post website shows it was returned to sender the same day.

However, China Post system actually has no returning record from Japan. So we believe the item is still in Japan Post system.

Normally return parcel can not be reversed once the process is started. But you can try to contact Japan Post and see if they can stop the return and re-deliver the goods to you.

Is it possible to have the package returned as soon as it arrives there?

Unfortunately China Post can not automatically return the parcel to Japan. It will be returned to shiper. You need to ask shipper to resend the parcel to you(he needs to pay postage again).

Since I still have not heard from the sender and the whereabouts of my package is unknown, I will submit an inquiry.

is it an online purchase from aliexpress/ebay/amazon etc? If yes, we suggest you open dispute to the online marketplace and claim refund. Then re-order another one. This is must easier and faster solution for you.
