http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel arrived South Africa customs on Aug 3. The parcel now is in the hand of South Africa Post office. You need contact South Africa Post for delivery detail. If they can not find the goods, it should be lost or stolen.

My order RS776407986CN has no tracking at all and for 4 weeks it shows "electronic shipment received",and the seller says that he already shipped the parcel,plz help me track my parcel and as to what should I do??

your seller is a cheater. He only applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon/paypal, you should open dispute for refund against fraud.

Hey :)

Your item left China on 7-20. It should be seriously delayed or be waiting for customs clearance in India, please wait 1-2 more weeks. If you dont have the item by then contact the shipper.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show only result "Electronic Data Received". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped anything to you. You should be cautious of fraud.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal which you paid money to.

My fren from hengyang,hunan china had posted mail on sep6 2017,it had reached guanzhou on sep.8.On sep10 it says its leaving guanzhou for kathmandu nepal..today its sep.14 but is still no any new update.On enquiry to 2011183 ,they say it dispatched from guanzhou on sep.12..how on earth it is possible to reach kathmandu Nepal from guanzhou china takes more than 2 days by air? While posting the local agent promised it will deliver in 7 days..but its 9 days already ..still no sign of reach...pls help. Tracking no. EA246665299CN

EA246665299CN just left Guangzhou on Sep 12. You need about 2 weeks to get it in Nepal.
