Do China Post always give you a postage receipt after payment for sending a non-trackable parcel?

And if a customer ask to provide a postage receipt, are they obliged to do it?

If shipper send the parcel directly from Post office, they will issue post receipt. If the parcel was shipped through China Post agents, normally they don't have receipt.
