My tracking number is RI382636426CN, i saw that it has arrived in Dubai on March 23, but i have not received it so far, whom shall i contact to get the items

i believe your parcel has delivery problem. You should contact U.A.E Post in dubai asap.

My Shipment # is RI409373650CN. It left shanghai airport on 8th May 15. When can I know status in Dubai?

Our arrival time stat report shows average time from China to UAE is 17 days, so you should get the parcel by end of May.

I did not understand. 17 days is from the time china post receives the shipment for delivery or from the time it leaves the intl airport? Normal flight from shanghai to Dubai should take maximum 1 day.

Warning for All who are purchasing from China. I purchased a Laptop online from http://www.gtd2.com. Money was paid by western union. They gave me a fake tracking number for the shipment. I realized this after one month after I personally went to post office. Now they are not even replying to my emails. Please beware. Don't trust http://www.gtd2.com.

My order has already left China and its on its way to UAE. I didn't know that Emirates Post in UAE requires every parcel to have a PO Box number. Is it possible to add my PO Box number in the system if I give you my tracking number?

Unfortunately it's not possible to change the address of a parcel in transit. Probably the best thing to do is contact Emirates Post and ask what they would recommend.

For example in the delivery room http://cargoprimeway.com/ can ask at the reception and everything you say where your bags or anything that you are carrying.
