Post Please help me to find my ITEM!

My tracking number is: CP284062988CN.
I m supposed to recieve three packages in total,,, but i've just recieved one. The two more wich is out there are the most important. I Can not see any activity Since the 20th of November. Its supposed to be here now. So please help me to find Them.

it is not china post's problem, it is your seller's problem. he did not ship another 2 items in this package. you should contact seller for answer and solution.

I know. I have the two other Parcel number with me here. But Can You help me to Check where the package with this tracking number is?: CP284062988CN. I Can not see any movement Since november. It was supposed to be here about 1week ago!

CP284062988CN was rejected by customs and returned to China Post office. you can NOT get it. open dispute and claim refund.

What? But How do i Get in touch with the people that have it? Im the one who sent it to my self with a Chinese friends adress. I was there on a school trip and had to Much weight, Thats why i had to send some things THROUGH post. I have Many of my old clothes inside that box. How Can i get it now?

There should be something in your parcel not allowed by airline or customs. You should ask your friend go to the original China Post office and pickup the parcel.

Okey, i understand. But is there any Email adress or phone number that i Can reach Them? Because Then i will Ask Will give Them the permition to throw What is not aloud. I just want my things. My friend Could come and pick it up, but She lives in Beijing. Is it possible for the post to ship it to Beijing to her adress Since She is the sender? I really want my package.

I sent the package from Kunming. The office is inside of Yunnan University Campus.

unfortunately the parcel can not be redirected to Beijing and 11185 hotline is the only way to contact China Post. you have to find someone to pickup the parcel from Yunnan.
