Hello I have sent a parcel to the return address on the label, it has gone all the way through customs to a sorting depot in China and now has been sent back to the customers office? It has been there for two weeks now, what’s going to happen to my parcel?

Tracking ID is : RN339847665GB

Delivery address is :
Number 3 Yunxio road
510000

Please advise on delivery time scale or next actions to be taken

RN339847665GB arrived China customs on May 2, but never moved since then. Normally it means china post can not find correct address.

3 Yunxio road looks like a wrong address. You'd better put original Chinese address in the parcel. more 35% English only parcel can not be properly delivered in China.

You should contact receiver and ask him call china post hotline 11185. He need pickup the parcel by himself.

Can I arrange return to sender? If I provide my home address?

I’m having an issue contacting the receiver of the parcel

if parcel can not be delivered after free storage time expires, china post will return the parcel to sender, then parcel will take another 2 to 4 months to reach sender.
