Post Parcel stuck at Guangzhou customs for 11 days

Hello how do i know when i'll get my parcel. Its stuck at Guangzhou customs for last 11 days and no update on the parcel after that. My parcel number is CT336425362IN.

2016-10-27 13:50:00.0 India received
2016-10-28 14:37:00.0 arrive India 钦奈 Transit Station
2016-11-01 17:27:00.0 leaving Kolkata
2016-11-01 17:29:00.0 Kolkata export customs cleared
2016-11-05 13:25:03.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-11-06 13:25:00.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-11-06 15:07:26.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-11-06 15:18:30.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-11-08 14:11:04.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan
2016-11-10 15:18:12.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit)

Can you update me about the parcel.

Ask your receiver call china post hotline 11185. Your parcel should have some delivery problem.

I live in tianhe. I even went to the tianhe china post. They told they havent received it yet.

Im a foreigner and i cant understand what the hotline number is telling. Can you give me the contact number of the person who i should talk. Please help.

EA264413455CN this is my packet number.internet it shows 31 th october packet leave from china.
my packet still not enter turkey. ı worry about my packet lost.
how can I learn where my packet is:(?

1. China post Hot Line speak only in Mandarin. May I suggest you go back to your local Post Office and try to talk to somebody that can speak in English and ask them to call China Post Hot Line for you.

2. Or you could have one of your friend who speak Mandarin call that number for you.

1. Because there is no scanning of the parcel nobody knows where it's at exactly.

2. If by Friday the 25 Nov you can not see any tracking on the Turkey Post site or the parcel and is not deliver to you, then open a dispute because that will be 4 weeks since the parcel departed China to your country Turkey.

Yes i shall try that tomorrow. And whats the reason for the parcel to be stuck in customs for so long? Or is it normal?

1. Possibly they can not read the address on the parcel correctly.
