Hi, my parcel is lost.
The contact name of company I was in contact and the tracing number are :
[email protected]
Tracing number : http://t.track-chinapost.com/en#nums=LO534938682CN

According to customerservicesglobal.com, the package was delivered but I never received it.

How can i open a service ticket with China Post to track the parcel or to be refund.

For some reason I ignore, the company (customerservicesglobal) dont wanted to contact post china to report the this parcel loss.

Canada Post website shows LO534938682CN was Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox by post office in Montreal ,QC on Jan 3.

That's why i would like to service ticket with China Post to track the parcel or to be refund. But not sure how proceed as the company (customerservicesglobal) dont wanted to contact post china to report the this parcel loss. They proposed a refund of 35% and I refused.
