Hello,

Long story short, my parcel is stuck in Customs since 2023/06/07 tracking#CP449984915CN

logistics is not giving any updates since the date of shipping and starting to get a bit worried that i will not receive my parcel.

Any updates would be honestly be very helpful and appreciated.

CP449984915CN is called air/surface combined parcel. If the parcel is over 2kgs, the item will go through ocean vessel and very slow.

What is the item inside the parcel?

It’s cloths and shoes. I’ve shipped multiple times with this logistic company, and it has never took this long to be delivered.

if the weight is over 2kgs, it will be very slow. please wait some more time.

Yes, I just checked it weighs around 6.4kg Are you able to check where the parcel is right now? Also thank you for the quick response

the parcel is in the ocean, it will travel about 2 to 4 months to reach Canada. You will see next update once it arrives in Canada port and unload to customs warehouse.
