Post Parcel almost arrives, but now seems stuck

My parcel started very good its shipping process. On nov 02, showed 'Beijing airport and left', and I was expecting it will take 2 or 3 days as usual, but 3 weeks later, there's no sign of it.
Did something happened to that flight?
How's possible there's no info about its landing?

1. Anybody told you about this:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country Peru here:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. If your saying your parcel normally arrive in your country in 2 or 3 days, then open a dispute with the seller for not receiving your parcel.

Hope this help.

Your link is about all the process of delivery from China to each country in the world. I'm no saying it takes 2 or 3 days from China to my country... I'm not crazy.
What I'm just asking is the TIME it takes to the flight. Usually after a departure from China, it takes 2 or 3 days to show its arrival to destiny. Flights can't stay 3 weeks on the air.
What I don't know, is if the flight comes directly to my country, which I think it isn't, but surely it landed somewhere to deliver my parcel and continue its way.

Maybe something like (example):
2016-11-05 09:03 Arrive LA-USA airport.
2016-11-07 14:20 La-USA airport and left.

1. You need to understand that your parcel was sent by a National country Post which was China Post and the receiving end will be your National Country Post which will be Serpost.

2. Your parcels were not sent by a private courier company and unless each country scan your parcel there will be no tracking available, as simple as that.

3. Because we don't have a flight number for your parcel we don't know where they went for the next location. How many hop will the mail bag do before arriving to your country, you and I don't know the answer.

4. What about if your parcels are already in Lima into the Inbound warehouse of Serpost but unfortunately your parcel is at the end of the line and did not get scan yet. Again you and I don't know the answer and even if you call Serpost they will tell you that the parcel is in China. Why is that because there is no scan done to the parcel and it does not show up into the tracking system.

5. Every countries are working the same way for incoming Inbound Mail. If Customs are telling to the National Post to stop scanning the parcels we have to many in our hand. Then they will not scan the parcel and most of the time that is where the waiting time is for most part of the parcel.

Hope this help.

Yes, thanks. That's what I needed to know.
All from 3 to 5, is first news to me.
Good lord, now it doesn't seem strange all parcels arrive at different times and some just got lost.

Thanks again.

Well... 5 weeks later, my parcel still 'flying'. TN: RH350122518CN
Since nov 02, when:
2016-11-02 04:23 Beijing airport and left

I have no news of it. In 3 years of buying from China, never happened something like this.
Is it still 'flying'?
How's it possible?

now is rush season. shipping time to Peru might take 6 to 9 weeks. your parcel is still in normal time frame.

Almost 2 months and still no changes. Parcel continue 'flying'. In 3 more days is Christmas, and everything will stop in here and surely in most parts of the world.
Is it still in normal time frame?
