this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

I have a tracking number LZ009476463CN and am wondering if this will make it to Canada or not? The last entry says it is in SHENZHEN EMS.

Your parcel is fine, it just left China for Canada on 11 Jan. Average time to Canada is around 30 days or so, most of which is spent sitting in Vancouver waiting to be processed by Canada Post and CBSA. I'd expect to see your item in early February or so.

Having a similar problem here. Tracking #LK418877324CN it has said 'processed through facility' for 40 days...

your parcel was shipped on Jan 13. normally it will wait about 10 to 20 days to get airline space to USA, please be patient.

i tried to send a package to someone from japan to china and its almost 30 days already............... is this normal, should i abandon all faith>?.... why...............

EG629274152JP has customs problem in Shenzhen. China government does give problem detail. You can ask receiver call china post hot line 11183 , inquiry detail and try to pickup the parcel from China Post Shenzhen head office.

Hi,

Could you please check on LK469163857CN? It has been holding in SHENZHEN EMS since Feb14. I understand the New Year likely held things up but I would appreciate knowing it is processing properly.

@Khagan Your package is already released by customs and is it waiting for aircraft space to fly to USA, please wait a few weeks more!
