Hi! Can you please help me with my package no RS315775592CN? It is in Shenzen customs since 16.02.2017. I am realy patient, but this kind of delay never happened to me. I just want to know if is still in Shenzen or it was send back to the sender. Thank you!

RS315775592CN is on the way to Romania, not returned to seller. it should be delayed.

My package hasnt shipped yet for 3 days its supposed to ship 5/14/17 but no heres the t# LW278083017CN please help me

LW278083017CN is epacket which needs about 2 to 6 weeks to reach USA. You need some patient.

About the LW278083017CN package it's supposed to come on May 31. Which it says on the app I ordered it on. Is it going to arrive on that day?

LW278083017CN should have arrived USA. Now USPS import processing might take 2 to 6 weeks, you can not see new status until USPS import processing completes.

LW244935325CN should have left China. It seems to be stuck in Shenzhen because its status has not been updated yet. You can not see new status until the parcel is released from US customs. This might take 2 to 6 weeks.
