My track and trace code gives The Message parcel delivered. But nothing has been delivered! Where is it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG017854476CN shows the item was delivered by Netherlands Post on Sep 29, you can contact Dutch Post for more delivery information.
