Package of mines was not delivered, it's says on the tracking site delivered but not to my home address as was put up on of ordering the item.
This is my tracking#AM103721353CN again package says delivered but not to me at all.

Are you in Richmond，VA 23223 area?

Your seller shipped the item to a wrong address in Richmond，VA 23223 . You need to open dispute to seller for refund.
