I REALLY need help locating a package I shipped from California, U.S.A. on 2/10/15 and it never got to my fiancee in X'ian, Shaanxi China. All I have for tracking is the customs form: LC366586434US and it was supposed to be shipped to: Max Carroll. They tried to deliver it to his hotel at the end of February but since there was a holiday they just took it back and he never received it since. No one has even attempted to try delivering it since then. I really need to find it before he leaves China.

LC366586434US is USPS first class parcel and China Post will not scan this kind of parcel. This means you can not know the actual situation of the parcel-either delivered, lost, discarded or returned. As your BF has posted same inquiry in this forum, I believe the parcel is more likely to be discarded or lost because it was going to a hotel room which is not covered by China Post delivery service.
