My name is Dunia Khateeb, I'd like to know the status of my Package (LX255438233CN), it's been almost two months and I haven't gotten any updates or emails about it.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX255438233CN shows the parcel was sent to airline Nov 18. it is still waiting for flight space to Israel.

The tracking result shows Your parcel was rejected by airline safety check point for many times. I believe Israel government has some special safety requirements on airlines parcels, So all the parcels need special scan and safety check . Now is Xmas rush season, too many parcels safety check might badly delay the arrival time.

you can open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
