Post Package from U.S.A. never arrived

My parents shipped a package to me in Xiamen from the U.S. 3 weeks ago. I just checked the tracking on China Post and it says: "Other/Item being held, addressee being notified" that was on August 8th. It's now the 18th. My parents have not heard anything and the package hasn't been delivered. Help!

the parcel arrived Xiamen on Aug 7. It is now in China Post Xiamen office (滨北收投部), you should contact them and pickup the parcel asap. China Post hot line is 11185
