Does anyone know if it is normal for a package that I ordered 3 days later from my first package to arrive first before my initial package? I ordered from the same vendor. The first package was also shipped 3 days earlier but still have yet to arrive. LL962375609CN

This is quite normal. In this forum, some USA user received parcel in 15 days (parcel shipped in early Dec and got it Before Xmas). While another USA user just got his parcel which was shipped in early Nov (more than 60 days). Canada parcel should be similar.

LL962375609CN was shipped from China to Canada on Jan 18. It is on the way, no need worry. Frankly speaking , if your other parcel was also shipped in Jan 18 and has arrived Canada, it is amazingly fast.

so parcel aren't shipped based on the earliest dates??? how do they prioritize which parcels to ship? Just random?

In normal season, priority is 90% based on earliest shipment date.

In Nov and Dec rush season, too many parcels are stuck in warehouse. China Post workers have no time to figure out which parcel is earliest. They just grab the easiest parcels and sent them to airline. And often such easiest parcels were newly-arrived parcels which are close the door, while many earlier parcels are still staying in the deepest corner of the warehouse without being handled.

How to become the lucky parcel is like a lottery in Nov and Dec.
