http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV360598964CN was shipped by seller from Zhengzhou to USA on Mar 13. It is still in Zhengzhou.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You have long time to wait.

China Post parcel will be delivered by USPS in your country. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival information.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
