Post order got cancelled?

I ordered online from Kiniyo and my order status is saying that my package got canceled but I never got a refund or notification or anything. I ordered from Canada and my tracking number is LL560981905CN. I don't know how I can fix this or anything.

LL560981905CN arrived Canada but failed delivery. It was returned by Canada Post to China in Jul. Then China post returned the item to shipper on Aug 12.

If you paid with paypal/Ali Express, please open dispute for refund.

you can not get your order. Try to call your bank and claim money back.
