To whom it may concern,

Hello, I would like to inquire about my order of : LZ439074946CN

It's been since over a month that it arrived in Dublin, Ireland and there are no updates.
I've contacted my courier specified: An Post and they never got notified of the parcel since 5/11/2020.

Did my parcel actually arrived in my country, or is it lost?
What would be the next course of actions?

If a parcel arrived Dublin, normally it will be released from customs in 1 week. As An Post can not find parcel LZ439074946CN, it is very likely to be lost. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
