My parcel has been stuck on the same notice for +30 days.

Friends of mine who bought from the same vendor about a week later have received their parcel 2-3 weeks ago. (belgium only has one int. airport)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL814792978CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Belgium on Nov 3.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Belgium Post system(very possible location is in Hong Kong airport, many parcels shipped in Oct and Nov are still sleeping there). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Belgium Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Belgium Post website will show its new status with Belgium location.
