I received numerous updates for the first 48 hours of shipping, however, I haven’t had any update since 09/04/2019. It has now been over a month since the item status was “Leave Guangzhou and send to LAL (via turn)” (tracking number: LL137312905CN) could you please give me some assistance.

LL137312905CN left Guangzhou for UK on April 9. There will be no update after parcel left China. Normally such epacket should arrive UK in no more than 4 weeks. Your parcel might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by May 20, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
