if you can not track the parcel, normally it means your seller did not ship goods to you.

I am having the problem with tracking the parcel from China to Singapore (ID number is RK596265535CN) and the seller insists that he has already shipped the goods. Could you please kindly help to check whether the parcel was really shipped.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RK596265535CN only information "Electronic Data Received", this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but did not actually ship you anything.

you should tell seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel location information in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress against fraud shipment.

Could you please let me know if these are real tracking IDs and if yes, what is the status of the shipment?

Hello, I bought some shoes on Amazon.de from a seller who was told to ship the goods from USA, but then after the purchase I received this tracking number LM130057671CN, which eventually seems to belong to China Post carrier. Now, I've tried to look where my parcel is in this website because on amazon there's not any single update yet, after one week from the purchase, and here it's said that "no shipping record" so I'm starting feeling upset about my parcel. Can someone look if the tracking number LM130057671CN is valid?

If nothing found it usually means nothing shipped. So either u can continue to hound the seller to find out whats going on or u can just throw in the towel and claim a refund.
