Hi,

I sent 7 boxes from Shanghai and it has already been more than 90 days, none of them have reached the destination. The tracking shows that the package is in HK for more than 2 months. I am quite worried, can someone help me out please ?

those are China Post surface parcels which goes through sea. Surface parcel can take up to half year to reach your country, you need some patient.
