Can anyone explain what this means?

2016-06-09 10:44 The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, have been exported directly

Never seen this before so I'm unsure.

Tracking number is RF266405369CN.

Based on my experience, the shipment has left China.

Depending on the ETA to your country, you may be able to check the status of the shipment in about 7 - 10 days from June 9, 2016 (the day the shipment left China). So, the shipment should arrive in your country around June 16 - June 19 2016.
