Dear sir/madam, I am expecting two parcels from China which is a speed post of e-EMS. I ordered christmas gifts for my wife and 2yr daughter.The tracking shows that the parcel has successfully delivered to carrier since 30th Nov 2020.but till today there is no update in my parcel status. I beg you with my folded hand to kindly help me in dispatching the said parcel. God will surely bless you for your kind gesture and help. My tracking I'd is EV945313290CN and EV945313286CN. Thank you so much.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcels was handled over to the airlines on Nov.30, they are still wait for the flight to India.
Now is Xmas rush reason , it should be take a long time for getting the airline's space, please wait patiently.
Once the parcel arrive in India, the website will updated arrive info.

Thank you for the reply, I would like to know the cause of delay since the item was handled over to carrier on 30rd nov and today it's 22nd dec. So we're there no flight in more then 20days time to India. I was expecting to receive it 20days before Christmas time since it is a speed post. Anyway now i dont have any options but have to wait..

India Post website just showed that EV945313286CN has arrived Kolkata. Normally India Post will make delivery within one week after parcel arrives India import customs. Please contact India Post for more detail.
