I received my tracking number a week ago and my package hasn't moved.

LS164375471CN here is my tracking number I have messaged both emails that were provided and didn't get a response from either pretty sure I was scammed. I have contacted PayPal and my credit card company.

usps.com shows LS164375471CN has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 10:31 am on December 9, 2019.

This means USPS will deliver this parcel to your mailbox very soon. You can call USPS for more detail.
