Hi,

Since 8th October my package LX982705675CN says

Your item was collected(BeiJingShi yonganluyingyebu) at 2016-10-08 20:14:00

It hasn't changed in a week and hasn't gone to sorting centre? Is the package lost?

Now is too early to be worried. I think you can get it in one or two weeks.

The status of your shipment has been idled for 9+ days. If the status of the shipment still does not change in the next 5 days, then there is a chance the shipment is lost some where.
