It' says it's out for delivery but in VA . I'm in port Hueneme CA. What is going on with my shipment. Please help. I need answers#. RI524038636CN

RI524038636CN should be for other person. your seller either gave you wrong number or shipped to wrong address. you should open dispute asap.

How can i request an inquiery in China post. Usps told me I need to start it there
