My tracking number which is RV144296735CN , doesn't work on the site , but it does on the email I received when k purchased the item, what is happening with the package?

RV144296735CN was just sent to airline on Sep 7.

Normally parcel will travel 2 to 6 weeks to reach Romania. You can not see new update during this 2 to 6 weeks time.

Once parcel arrives Romania, Romania post website will show local location in its tracking page.
