Hi,

My parcel was shipped 18.4.2014 and China Post tracking system shows it status is "collection" (21.4.2014). What is going on? My tracking number is RC475405433CN.

Collection indicates that your package has been picked up from the place of order, so it's getting shipped now.

Airmail usually takes a long time to update, don't be worried, it's probably already in Finland but no updates yet.

Ok. I know that it takes time, but now shipment was happened over month ago. It is still "collection" status. And it's not in Finland yet.

RC475405433CN seem to be rejected for safety or copyright reason. what is the item inside?
