my parcel is not moving since 28/11 and this has been exceeded the standard delivery lead-time. can the forwarder to update us the delivery status and expected date of arrival of goods? thanks

LP787683401CN was just sent to airline on Nov 28. It is waiting for flight to Malaysia. Everything looks normal. Nothing needs to be worried. Please wait one more week to see next update.

another week is gone, the status still the same as 28 nov? can we pragmatic update and ETA please.
