Package from fans wear.com Order #6432 says it arrived on 2019-11-17 08:37:00 in South Africa (Acceptance) -- however I never received the package or any info from the South African postal service. Where is my package? please help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV914644455CN shows the parcel was return by South Africa Post on Nov 6 and finally returned to original post office on Dec 28. You won't get it in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
