My parcel status says over a week "CHINA, DEPARTURE FROM OUTWARD OFFICE OF EXCHANGE".
So the company I bought from, send me an email saying that I have to contact china post immediately to collect my package, because the package cannot be held at the shipping company for a long period of time. If the parcel exceeds the shipping company or post office’s processing time, it will be returned back to them or destroyed.

So what should I do now? Except this forum I can't find any email adress for china post customer service.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO526426647CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Greece on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Greece Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Greece). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Greece Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Greece Post website will show its new status with Greece location.
