I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my package from
China to arrive... it says that it is "being held by customs" in China.
When will my package arrive?
Will it be sent to Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver's mailing centre?

Any help and information about my package would be
appreciated.. it's a gift for a family member going into the hospital for surgery (clothing in package).

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel:
2016-11-17 00: 00: 00.0 14:19:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to CAYTOB

CAYTOB = TORONTO

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to Canada Toronto. Just continue to track your parcel on the Canada Post site for any new movement.

How long do you think it will take to arrive in Canada?
Is it normal to be in transit since Nov 17 and still not be scanned into Canada?

1. Unfortunately I don't have any statistic for Toronto. But keep in mind that every Postal Office is the World are very busy with parcel right now.

2. If Customs are not to busy in Toronto with parcel, then Canada Post should scan your parcel within the next week.
