[u][/u]Dear China Post Team,

I sent a registered letter from Shanghai to Wan Chai, Hong Kong on August 31st, with CHINA POST.
Tracking ref: RR766721926CN

Your tracking shows that the letter was received on Sept 7th.

However the addressee did not receive anything.
Is there any way to make sure you delivered it to the right address?

Can you confirm where it was delivered exactly?

Hong Kong Post website also shows the parcel was delivered on Sep 7. If receiver has not got the letter, he can contact his local Hong Kong Post office in Wan Chai and inquiry detail.
