It comes up with many sent to destination countries but it is 4 weeks ago

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LE722952492CN was shipped from Shanghai to Norway on Mar 4. It is still in Shanghai .

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Europe. parcel was sent to Shanghai airport for 4 times, but never got flight space. You might need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund.
