Please someone tell me what to do!!!
I sent a package first class to China and they say it never arived.
Chicago says it was sorted to be put on a plane going to Baijing.
They say it never arived.
It was put on a plane so what can I do?
LC509839294US was left Chicago Feb 8 2015.
Has it been stolen, can it be in customs, where can look for help?
Someone in China said to start an inquiry "CN08".
Can I do that and get results?
How do I do file that?

LC509839294US is USPS first class parcel which can not be tracked in china post tracking system. You never know if it has been delivered or not. You should use priority mail to send parcel to china.
