http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP421233267CN shows the parcel was just sent to carrier on Dec 21. It is waiting for shipping space in China.

CP**CN is SAL parcel, an economical class mail. It has low priority to get shipping space. Average waiting time will take 6 weeks.

That's not acceptable. This is not how things work in the west. If you don't receive the item within 30 days (give or take) you file a charge-back with your credit card company for failure of receipt of goods. The seller or company, say, AliExpress, Ebay (PayPal) have 45 days to provide their rebuttal. The western credit card companies lean on the side of their customers (like Costco) and immediately will reverse the charge.

If during the 45 days the buyer receives the item (his word over the sellers) the refund is permanent.

Sellers need to use respectable and efficient shipping services. The end.
